ROLE
– Develop and implement PPC strategies that ensure on-time and in-full delivery of products to customers.
– Monitor production schedules and work closely with the manufacturing team to adjust plans as needed to meet delivery commitments.
– Analyze inventory levels and production forecasts to optimize stock availability and minimize shortages.
– Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
– Conduct root cause analysis for any OTIF failures and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
– Engage with sales and customer service teams to provide accurate delivery timelines and manage customer expectations.
– Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality.
– Prepare and present regular reports on OTIF performance to senior management and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3-5 years of work experience in PPC
– Field specialization: Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management
