ROLE
– Plan and track daily installation schedules to meet monthly targets.
– Ensure site readiness, material availability, and workforce allocation before installation.
– Supervise installation quality, safety standards, and adherence to technical specifications.
– Handle DISCOM coordination including net metering approvals and inspections.
– Monitor project timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely commissioning.
– Track project costs and minimize wastage, delays, and rework.
– Build and manage a network of installers and contractors for scalable execution.

REQUIREMENTS
– 5+ years of experience in solar EPC, rooftop solar preferred
– Strong understanding of solar systems, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical systems
– Experience with DISCOM processes and net metering approvals
– Proven ability to manage field teams and vendors
– Strong project management and problem-solving skills
– Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously
– Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
– Experience in high-volume residential installations
