ROLE
– Manage CPCB portal registration, target mapping, and return filing for e-waste and battery EPR obligations.
– Coordinate IPR compliance for producers/brand owners routing obligations through import channels, including import documentation alignment, IPR target tracking, and liaison with customs/import‑compliance stakeholders.
– Plan and monitor e-waste and battery collection operations to meet EPR/IPR targets committed to clients and CPCB.
– Manage EPR certificate generation, allocation to clients, and reconciliation against processed tonnage.
– Onboard and audit collection agents, aggregators, and pre‑processing vendors for compliance and SLA adherence.
– Provide accurate MIS/dashboards on collection status, EPR/IPR liability fulfilment, and portal data to BD, KAM, and management.
– Escalate regulatory risk, vendor non‑compliance, or target shortfalls to BD leadership in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
– 5–8 years of experience in e‑waste/battery recycling operations, EPR/IPR compliance, or environmental regulatory affairs.
– Regulatory and process orientation with CPCB/IPR portal fluency.
– Vendor management and MIS/dashboard reporting skills.
– Ability to coordinate cross‑functionally with BD, KAM, logistics, and plant operations.

Job Purpose Own end-to-end operational execution of Attero's EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and IPR obligations for e-waste and lithium-ion battery categories — covering CPCB portal compliance, IPR coordination for imported-product obligations, collection network management, EPR certificate reconciliation, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities • Manage CPCB portal registration, target mapping, and return filing for e-waste and battery EPR obligations. • Coordinate IPR compliance for producers/brand owners routing obligations through import channels — including import documentation alignment, IPR target tracking, and liaison with customs/import-compliance stakeholders where applicable. • Plan and monitor e-waste and battery collection operations to meet EPR/IPR targets committed to clients and CPCB. • Manage EPR certificate generation, allocation to clients, and reconciliation against processed tonnage. • Onboard and audit collection agents, aggregators, and pre-processing vendors for compliance and SLA adherence. • Maintain audit-ready documentation (load lists, weighbridge slips, chain-of-custody, IPR/import records) for CPCB and client audits. • Provide accurate MIS/dashboards on collection status, EPR/IPR liability fulfilment, and portal data to BD, KAM, and management. • Escalate regulatory risk, vendor non-compliance, or target shortfalls to BD leadership in a timely manner.
