Coordinate ESIA/ESDD studies with external consultants and internal project teams. | Review project information, layouts/KMZs, land details, permits, and E&S documentation. | Support preparation of Preliminary ESIA and review of ESIA/ESDD reports. | Identify and track environmental and social risks, gaps, and mitigation measures. | Support review of key E&S aspects including land, biodiversity, water, labour, H&S, community impacts, stakeholder engagement and cultural heritage. | Review compliance with applicable Indian regulations, IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and lender requirements. | Participate in site visits and document E&S observations. | Coordinate responses to lender, investor, consultant and stakeholder queries. | Track implementation of ESMPs, CAPs and E&S commitments. | Maintain E&S trackers, risk registers, dashboards and project documentation. | Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, ESG, Social Sciences, Geography or related field. | 1–2 years of experience in ESG, ESIA/ESDD, E&S consulting, sustainability or renewable energy. | Basic understanding of IFC Performance Standards and E&S risk management. | Good report writing, analytical and coordination skills. | Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint. | Willingness to travel to project sites.
