ROLE
– Manage financial aspects of land-related transactions
– Ensure timely and accurate payment documentation
– Maintain detailed records of land purchases, advances, and statutory payments
– Determine land sale prices during SPV transfers
– Regular payments as per TAT guideline
– Check all documents and required checklist before doing payments
– Track payments against approved budgets
– Follow up for documentation with certain departments
– Maintain comprehensive acre-wise and nature-wise details of land purchased
– Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines for RPT transactions and SPV transfer pricing
– Assist in quarterly and monthly closing activities

REQUIREMENTS
– 5 Years and Above experience
– B.Com. education qualification
– Expertise in tracking invoices and payments related to land transactions
– Accuracy and compliance in financial transactions
– Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders
– Data extraction and compilation skills
