ROLE
– Execute CSR projects at the field level as per approved project plans and timelines
– Support implementation of community development initiatives related to drinking water, farm water, agriculture, education, women empowerment, livelihood, environment, health, culture, and sports
– Coordinate day-to-day field activities and ensure smooth execution of planned interventions
– Mobilize communities and ensure active participation of beneficiaries in CSR programs
– Build strong relationships with local communities, village leaders, government officials, NGOs, schools, SHGs, farmers, and other stakeholders

– Assist in seed bank initiatives, vermicomposting, drip irrigation, plantation projects, horticulture, floriculture, and farmer training camps
– Coordinate with farmers and technical partners for improving agricultural practices and livelihood outcomes
– Facilitate initiatives related to domestic food products, mushroom production, local enterprise development, and sales support
– Encourage women’s participation in community-based livelihood programs
– Support programs for adolescent girls, value-based education, school-level interventions, and student development activities
– Coordinate with schools, teachers, parents, and community members for education-focused CSR initiatives
– Support empowerment programs for vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities and socially disadvantaged communities
– Assist in life skills, rights awareness, vocational training, and counselling-based interventions wherever required
– Track project progress, beneficiary participation, outputs, and field-level challenges
– Prepare field reports, visit reports, beneficiary data, case studies, success stories, photographs, and impact documentation
– Maintain proper records of project activities, attendance, expenses, vendor coordination, and community feedback
– Support preparation of monthly MIS, CSR reports, impact assessment inputs, and management presentations
– Organize and support training sessions, workshops, awareness programs, and community capacity-building initiatives
– Coordinate logistics, participant mobilization, venue arrangements, materials, and trainer support
– Assist in counselling, mentoring, and guidance activities for students, youth, women, and community groups
– Coordinate with internal CSR teams, implementation partners, vendors, field agencies, and local authorities
– Ensure that all activities are conducted in line with CSR guidelines, company values, safety norms, and ethical practices
– Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, bill processing, and utilization documentation where required

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong field coordination and community mobilization skills
– Good understanding of rural development and CSR project implementation
– Ability to work with communities, government bodies, NGOs, schools, farmers, women groups, and local institutions
– Good documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to conduct awareness sessions, training programs, and field meetings
– Basic knowledge of livelihood, education, agriculture, water conservation, women empowerment, and social development programs
– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
– Willingness to travel extensively to field locations
– Prior experience in CSR, NGO, community development, rural development, education, livelihood, women empowerment, disability inclusion, agriculture, or water conservation projects
– Experience in working with rural communities and grassroots organizations
