Analyse procurement spend, purchase orders, vendor data, pricing, and purchasing trends. | Build and maintain MIS reports and Power BI dashboards to track procurement performance. | Use Excel to clean, analyse, and reconcile procurement data. | Track vendor performance, pricing, lead times, and purchase efficiency. | Identify cost-saving opportunities, data discrepancies, and process inefficiencies. | Support teams with data-driven insights for vendor negotiations and decision-making. | Automate repetitive reports and manual procurement processes. | Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable analysis. | 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst with procurement knowledge, Power BI or analytics role. | Hands-on experience with a BI tool (Power BI preferred), including data modelling and calculated measures. | Basic knowledge of Python and SQL will be a plus. | Good business and commercial understanding, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes. | Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analysis to non-technical stakeholders. | Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
