– Assist in key loan processing activities to ensure timely and accurate Logins, loan approvals and disbursals.
– Support sales managers and their clients in the loan approval and disbursal process.
– Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to meet loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.
– Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan facilitation process.
– Maintain accurate records of loan processing activities and generate reports as required.
– Provide support to the team and assist in training new sales managers as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.
– Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.
– Proficiency in Hindi is required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role.
