Job Description Group Company: Praj GenX Limited Designation: Executive_PGDLMT Office Location: Mangalore Factory Position description: Responsible for general control over all the activities in Stores viz : receipt of goods, safeguarding and issuing them on time as per production demands, in order to keep businesses and supply chains on schedule. Primary Responsibilities: 1] Ensure inventory verification on periodic basis. 2] Ensure proper scheduling, recordkeeping and inventory control of all purchased goods. 3] Establish standards and methods for packaging and storing supplies and materials. 4] Support to Functional Head Stores and logistics for contract management. 5] Verify the quantity and quality of items that flow in the stores, check for the defects and record the findings. Additional Responsibilities: 1] Maintain error free documentation. 2] Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system. Educational qualifications preferred Category: Graduate Field specialization: B.Com Required work experience Years of experience: 5 to 8 Year of Experience Required Knowledge: 1] Planning and organizing skills 2] Team Player 3] Time management 4] Time management Required Skills: 1] Awareness of various products. 2] Knowledge of Export packing and documentation. 3] Thorough knowledge of ERP systems. 4] Well versed with MS Office.
