ROLE
– Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements
– Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
– Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation
– Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems
– Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities
– Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms
– Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks
– Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices
– Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues
– Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users

REQUIREMENTS
– BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges
– 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles
– Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions
– Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies
– Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus
