ROLE
– Manage the overall field operations of multiple blocks assigned.
– Assist the Sr. Field Manager in achieving the plantation and survival targets of the block.
– Arrange meetings with local bodies like Gram Panchayat, farmers, etc.
– Update and maintain the inventory system, warehouse, saplings inward and outward, and compost distribution.
– Maintain nursery and warehouse as per company standards.
– Finalize the identification of farmers/Gram Panchayat, community lands, and ensure proper documentation.
– Assign and report the field work of the team to the Senior Manager at regular intervals.
– Monitor the work of team members and support them in the field.
– Conduct daily planning of field operations and route planning for efficient work.
– Monitor drip installation work and plantation work.
– Maintain bills, payment vouchers, etc., of the team members and ensure transparency.
– Arrange daily-wage laborers for operations with the help of the team.
– Support the team in ground-level challenges.
– Assist the Sr. Manager in preparing the monthly/weekly plans.

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in large-scale project management or operations.
– Preferably from the environmental, rural development, or sustainability sector.
– Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
– Experience in client relations.
– Experience in budgeting.
– Experience in on-ground execution.
