Financial Due Diligence- Assistant Manager
ROLE
– Working in multi-disciplined teams to apply talents to complex transactions
– Developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers
– Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients and third-parties
– Work in a team interpreting data and analysing results along with transforming source data into a workable format, and visualizing data insights
– Proactively work with team leaders and team members to manage a workload of multiple projects
– Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis
– Preparing issues-focussed sections of the due diligence reports
– Establishing credibility with lower/ middle level personnel at clients/targets as a representative
– Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients
– Help project / team leader to ensure that risk documentation are completed for all jobs on a timely basis
REQUIREMENTS
– CA with minimum 3 years of FDD experience
– Strong analytical skills complemented by strong business acumen
– Up to date local business and economic knowledge
– Strong accounting knowledge
– Excellent written and oral communication
– Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications
– Highly adaptable, able to work independently and effectively under pressure
– Keen to work in an international environment with teams across geographies
– Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical knowledge
– Proficient in spoken and written English
