ROLE
– Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on key business initiatives and projects.
– Identify problems, break them down into smaller components and develop practical solutions.
– Conduct research and analysis to support business and strategic decisions.
– Work on projects across functions such as Marketing, D2C, Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance and Growth.
– Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and business updates for the leadership team.
– Track important projects and ensure that action items and deadlines are followed up.
– Coordinate with different teams to drive projects from idea to execution.
– Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
– Take ownership of specific projects and ensure timely execution.
– Assist the Founder’s Office in preparing for meetings, reviews and business discussions.
– Handle ad‑hoc business problems and assignments that require quick thinking and execution.
– Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and make the organization more efficient.

REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to structure ambiguous problems and approach them logically.
– Strong ownership; ability to work independently and take projects from 0 to 1.
– Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers/data.
– Strong execution and follow‑up skills.
– Ability to communicate effectively with people across different teams and levels.
– Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly.
– Curiosity and willingness to learn across different areas of the business.
– Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.

We are looking for a highly motivated and sharp Founder's Office – Growth & Operations Intern who will work closely with the leadership team on high-priority business initiatives. This role will provide exposure to different functions of the business and involve solving real business problems, driving projects and supporting strategic decision-making.
