ROLE
– Assist in production, maintenance, and quality processes
– Work on shopfloor operations and process improvement
– Support engineering teams in daily manufacturing activities
– Maintain reports and documentation
– Follow safety and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
– Freshers or final-year students can apply
– Strong interest in manufacturing / production / solar industry
– Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical concepts
– Willingness to work in a factory environment
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Eagerness to learn and adapt
