ROLE
– Support purchase order creation and procurement activities.
– Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery schedules.
– Track procurement status and follow up on material availability.
– Monitor inventory levels and stock movement across warehouses.
– Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
– Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting.
– Coordinate material dispatches, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
– Work with internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
– Assist in resolving logistics and supply-related issues.
– Support demand forecasting and material planning activities.
– Analyze inventory consumption and replenishment requirements.
– Prepare reports and dashboards on procurement, inventory, and logistics metrics.
– Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
– Support implementation of operational best practices and process enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS
– BE/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or related engineering disciplines.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
– Strong communication and coordination abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Operations.
– Knowledge of supply chain concepts and inventory management.
– Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.
– Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
– Internship experience in manufacturing, operations, procurement, or supply chain functions is an advantage.
