HR/Admin Associate
ROLE
– Oversee day-to-day manpower management within the factory and ensure efficient deployment of workforce
– Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and manage workforce planning
– Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the hiring teams
– Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of new employees in line with the organizational requirements
– Manage job postings, candidate databases, and applicant tracking
– Ensure all statutory and legal HR compliances are followed as per local laws
– Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations
– Supervise the overall maintenance and upkeep of the factory premises, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
– Manage third-party contracts for services like housekeeping, security, and maintenance
– Oversee the smooth operation of pantry services and ensure the timely supply of food and beverages to staff
– Manage stock levels for pantry supplies and work with vendors for timely replenishment
– Organize employee engagement activities and address welfare concerns in coordination with Corporate HR
– Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues related to facilities or policies
– Provide administrative support to the Factory Manager and HR team
– Manage records of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs for the factory workforce
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of experience in HR, administration, or similar roles
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Experience in recruitment processes
