HR – Operations, L&D & Analytics
ROLE
– Draft, review, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and related documentation
– Ensure structured documentation management and proper version control practices
– Translate policy updates into employee-friendly formats such as FAQs, summaries, and process guides
– Support statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance tracking and identify risks or gaps
– Maintain HR records and ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards
– Support the execution and tracking of HR strategic initiatives and projects
– Assist in process improvement initiatives and organizational development activities
– Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and strategic review documents
– Provide data-driven insights to support HR planning and decision-making
– Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of HR initiatives
– Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
– Coordinate onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and HR communication activities
– Support performance management and employee development initiatives
– Plan and execute training programs, workshops, and learning interventions
– Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback reports, and training documentation
– Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and vendors for L&D initiatives
– Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports with high data accuracy
– Prepare periodic reports on HR operations, compliance, headcount, attrition, and L&D metrics
– Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
– Ensure standardized reporting formats and data validation practices
– Support management with timely HR analytics and reporting requirements
– Schedule meetings, maintain minutes of meetings, and track action items
– Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of deliverables
– Support AGM – HR in project coordination, presentations, and operational execution
– Assist in cross-functional HR and business initiatives as required
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience: 3-5 years in HR operations, policy drafting, compliance, L&D, HR analytics/MIS, or strategy execution support
– Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR processes
– Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder coordination effectively
