Inventory Executive

ROLE
– Maintain accurate records of stock movement, receipts, issues, transfers, and returns
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability
– Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
– Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
– Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions
– Track inventory consumption trends and forecast stock requirements
– Coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment of stock
– Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory
– Generate stock reports and recommendations for management review
– Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper storage and handling of materials
– Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies
– Support material inward and outward processes
– Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
– Maintain inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
– Generate reports related to stock ageing, consumption, variance, and reconciliation
– Assist in internal and external audits
– Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
– Support implementation of inventory management best practices
– Participate in process optimization initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
– Diploma/Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
– 1–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions
– Strong knowledge of inventory control principles
– Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
