ROLE
– Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business applications.
– Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network issues.
– Install and maintain biometric attendance/access control systems.
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems.
– Support meeting room AV equipment, TVs, and video conferencing systems.
– Maintain IT assets, including asset tagging, documentation, and user accounts.
– Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty, and AMC.
– Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts on Windows Server/Active Directory
– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams while ensuring SLA compliance
REQUIREMENTS
– 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
– Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
– Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
– Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
– Experience with CCTV systems, NVR/DVR setup, and biometric devices.
– Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory user management.
– Good understanding of IT asset management and documentation.
– Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
