IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator
ROLE
– Manage and support ERP/MES systems, manufacturing applications, shop-floor digitization initiatives, and production dashboard/reporting systems
– Ensure cybersecurity, endpoint protection, ransomware preparedness, VPN/remote access security, data protection practices, and IT security awareness
– Ensure uptime, reliability, backup recovery readiness, disaster recovery preparedness, and continuity of production-critical IT infrastructure and systems
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for ERP/MES support, IT procurement, vendor SLA management, software licensing compliance, and technical issue resolution
– Manage and maintain the organization’s overall IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, storage systems, networking devices, CCTV systems, biometric systems, communication platforms, and other IT peripherals
– Ensure proper installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle management of operating systems, business applications, manufacturing systems, IT assets, and user access controls
– Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN infrastructure, internet connectivity, remote access systems, and related IT services
– Provide timely technical support and resolution for hardware, software, ERP/MES, network, email, VPN, and connectivity-related issues
– Support employee onboarding and separation activities from IT perspective
– Manage data backup, recovery readiness, server maintenance, storage systems, shared drives, and accessibility of business-critical information
– Maintain accurate inventory, documentation, and lifecycle management of IT assets, software licenses, AMCs, warranty records, network diagrams, backup logs, user access records, and compliance-related documentation
– Coordinate procurement, servicing, repair, replacement, and vendor management activities related to IT infrastructure, software licensing, AMC support, hosting services, and technical solutions
– Ensure uptime and smooth functioning of official websites, domains, hosting platforms, internal communication systems, and collaboration tools
– Support IT compliance requirements, audit preparedness, cybersecurity awareness initiatives, and implementation of IT governance practices
– Submit periodic IT performance reports, system status updates, incident reports, risk assessments, and critical escalation reports to management
REQUIREMENTS
– Windows OS & basic Linux administration
– Firewall & router configuration
– Microsoft Office 365 / Google Workspace
– Email & domain management
– CCTV and biometric systems
– Hardware troubleshooting

– Antivirus and endpoint security
– Minimum 5-6 years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or Network Administration
– Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
– B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, MCA, BCA, or related discipline
– Good troubleshooting and analytical ability
