ROLE
– Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
– Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
– Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
– Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory records.
– Assist in troubleshooting operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
– Support software installations, upgrades, and system updates.
– Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance activities.
– Document IT processes, issue resolutions, and technical procedures.
– Assist in data backup and system security activities.
– Support implementation of IT policies and compliance requirements.
– Participate in IT projects and technology improvement initiatives as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
– Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
– Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
– Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
– Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
– Exposure to ticketing/helpdesk tools is an added advantage.
– Hands-on experience in corporate IT operations.
– Exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
