ROLE
– Place phone calls to potential clients based on enquiries received by the company
– Understand and evaluate the lead through a set of questions
– Explain customer about the company and its services
– Influence customers to buy solar by following a prepared sale – give service and product information
– Maintain records of the leads contacted and assign the potential leads to sales personnel through the CRM module
REQUIREMENTS
– Should have good communication skill in English, Hindi & Telugu
– Qualification – Any Graduation
