ROLE
– Assist in reviewing and organising ROV inspection videos and images
– Support processing of SONAR data under guidance
– Perform basic data checks to ensure completeness and quality
– Organise and archive project data in a structured manner
– Assist in the preparation of ROV inspection and survey reports
– Prepare inspection logs, image snapshots, tables, and basic summaries
– Maintain proper records, reports, and project documentation
– Ensure documents are well-formatted, accurate, and submitted on time
– Support the technical team in preparing method statements, procedures, and project documentation
– Assist the sales/proposals team with technical write-ups, equipment descriptions, and past project data and report samples
– Help compile client presentations and submission documents

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil, Computer Applications, or any other relevant discipline
– 0–1 year experience
– Basic understanding of engineering principles
– Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Willingness to learn data processing and reporting tools used in marine surveys
– Basic computer and file management skills
– Good attention to detail
– Basic written communication skills
– Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
– Team player with a positive learning attitude
