ROLE
– Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
– Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring safety compliance.
– Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
– Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
– Coordinate with production and quality teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
– Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory regulations, and environmental norms.
– Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.
– Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance plant efficiency and energy savings.

REQUIREMENTS

– Vendor management and negotiation skills for service contracts and spare parts procurement.
– Knowledge of statutory compliance related to plant maintenance and safety.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

– Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
– 2-3 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy.
