ROLE
– Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for project facilities
– Plan and design landscaping elements including green spaces, plantation layouts, pathways, and outdoor amenities
– Review and optimize designs to ensure functionality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with standards
– Oversee architectural works & landscaping works at site, with focus on finishing quality and detailing
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent
– Collaborate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery
– Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution
– Support procurement by finalizing specifications and materials
– Contribute to planning and execution of key initiatives including control room, gate complex, office space, project townships, industrial facilities
– Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture
– 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale projects
– Strong experience in architectural finishes, detailing, and site execution
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
– Experience in multi-project coordination and fast-paced environments
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Strong coordination and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Cost and quality consciousness
