ROLE
– Own end-to-end process design across charging network deployment, operations, and service.
– Define clear SOPs, workflows, and execution standards across sites and teams.
– Drive standardisation to reduce variability in field execution.
– Continuously refine processes based on on-ground feedback and performance data.
– Identify inefficiencies across deployment, uptime, service response, and issue resolution.
– Drive structured problem-solving to improve turnaround times and network reliability.
– Establish and track key operational metrics across the charging network.
– Lead initiatives to improve utilisation, uptime, and service quality.
– Work closely with deployment, service, product, and supply chain teams.
– Align processes with product design, hardware constraints, and field realities.
– Drive closure of operational gaps through structured follow-ups and escalation.
– Ensure seamless handoffs between deployment, commissioning, and service.
– Build mechanisms to capture structured feedback from field teams and service engineers.
– Translate recurring issues into process, design, or training improvements.
– Close the loop between field insights and central decision-making.
– Improve process visibility through dashboards, tracking systems, and reporting.
– Ensure data accuracy across installations, service logs, and network performance.
– Drive adoption of tools and systems that enable consistent execution.
– Identify risks across deployment readiness, service capability, and operational dependencies.
– Build mitigation plans to ensure continuity and reliability of the charging network.
– Drive proactive issue identification and resolution before escalation.

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong grounding in operations, process excellence, or program execution.
– Experience working with field operations, service networks, or infrastructure deployment.
– Ability to convert ambiguity into structured processes and execution plans.
– Clear communication and stakeholder management across functions.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
– Balances detail orientation with system-level thinking.
– Drives outcomes through ownership, not authority.
– Bias for action with disciplined execution.
