ROLE

– Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and relevance of all content.
– Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, personality, and values while resonating with our target audience.
– Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that enhances storytelling.
– Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Use insights to refine the content strategy and optimize future campaigns.
– Work closely with the marketing team, stakeholders, and external partners to develop cohesive messaging and campaigns.
– Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our mission and vision in all content initiatives.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and climate communication.
– Research to inform content development and strategies that engage audiences effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role, preferably within the sustainability or climate sector.
– Proven ability to create compelling content and develop innovative marketing strategies.
– Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing principles.
– Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
– Experience with content management systems and analytic tools.
– Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
