ROLE
– Build and manage relationships with EV OEMs across the South region
– Identify and drive partnership opportunities for charger integration, bundling, and charging ecosystem expansion
– Own the complete OEM sales lifecycle, including prospecting, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and onboarding
– Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts and ensure long-term relationship management
– Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Deployment, and Marketing teams to deliver partnership commitments
– Drive revenue growth through strategic OEM partnerships and channel collaborations
– Track market trends, competitor activities, and OEM requirements within the EV ecosystem
– Prepare business forecasts, partnership pipelines, and regular account performance reports
– Represent Bolt.Earth at industry events, EV expos, and OEM stakeholder meetings

REQUIREMENTS
– 5–8+ years of experience in OEM Sales, Key Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales
– Prior experience working with automotive OEMs, EV companies, charging infrastructure providers, mobility platforms, or adjacent industries is highly preferred
– Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem, charging infrastructure, and mobility landscape
– Proven experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level stakeholder relationships
– Strong commercial negotiation and account management skills
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities
– Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
– Willingness to travel extensively across the South region
