ROLE
– Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Google and Meta platforms
– Own customer acquisition, revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, MER, and other key performance metrics
– Plan and manage monthly media budgets while maximizing efficiency and profitability
– Identify opportunities to scale campaigns without compromising profitability
– Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages
– Manage remarketing and customer retention campaigns
– Monitor campaign performance daily and recommend optimization strategies
– Build dashboards and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
– Track attribution models and measure incrementality wherever applicable
– Develop audience strategies using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting
– Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and scaling strategies
– Work closely with CRM and retention teams to maximize customer lifetime value
– Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
– Provide creative briefs based on campaign insights and consumer behavior
– Continuously test messaging, hooks, formats, and offers to improve conversion rates
– Work with eCommerce, product, design, and content teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
– Coordinate with agencies or external partners if required
– Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging advertising technologies
REQUIREMENTS
– 5–8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
– Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale
– Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends and delivering profitable growth
– Experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Experience in D2C/eCommerce brands
– Familiarity with Shopify, Merchant Center, and feed optimization
– Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO best practices
– Experience with third-party attribution tools is a plus
– Highly analytical with strong business acumen
– Ownership mindset with a bias for action
