ROLE
– Plan all resources, including manpower along with HR, to manage O&M contracts smoothly
– Review operations in all sites on an ongoing basis
– Coordinate with supporting functions to meet specific site requirements
– Ensure maximized revenue generation for each location
– Ensure all processes are followed to fulfill statutory compliance requirements
– Follow all client guidelines and the statutory requirements in terms of safety and security
– Ensure completion of all billing and collection every month as per the PO Guidelines
– Procure training in specific areas at site locations, periodically, and ensure that all personnel are competent for their roles
– Maximize Customer Satisfaction and maintain relations with long-term partnership objectives
– Ensure there are no pending issues, complaints, documentation delays, or unresolved matters with clients related to O&M operations
