ROLE
– Own the end-to-end execution of OEM customer programs, from planning through deployment and post-launch support.
– Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk registers, and escalation frameworks.
– Track hardware, software, integration, and deployment milestones while proactively resolving risks and blockers.
– Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Product, and Operations teams.
– Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers across technical, commercial, and relationship management activities.
– Lead customer meetings, technical reviews, project status updates, and executive presentations.
– Build strong relationships with OEM engineering, procurement, quality, and leadership teams.
– Understand customer requirements and proactively identify solutions to support business objectives.
– Gather, analyze, and prioritize OEM requirements while working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
– Support field deployments, validation activities, issue resolution, and product launches.
– Ensure timely closure of technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
– Review NDAs, MoUs, SLAs, MSAs, and SOWs from both technical and business perspectives before legal review.
– Identify delivery commitments, technical obligations, risks, and commercial dependencies within agreements.
– Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to support contract execution.
– Monitor contractual commitments and ensure successful delivery throughout the engagement.
– Serve as the internal point of contact for Sales teams on technical, product, and commercial discussions.
– Prepare leadership dashboards, executive summaries, customer updates, and program reports.
– Align cross-functional teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered effectively and on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
– 5–10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technical Account Management, or Customer Program Management within Automotive, EV, Mobility, or Tier-1 supplier environments.
– Proven experience managing OEM accounts and customer programs end-to-end.
– Hands-on experience supporting vehicle integration programs from requirement definition through production launch.
– Strong understanding of hardware software integration, embedded systems, and technical project execution.
– Experience coordinating commercial agreements and customer commitments across multiple stakeholders.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
– Experience in EV charging infrastructure, battery systems, power electronics, or EV powertrain programs.
– Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as OCPP, CAN, BMS, or related technologies.
– Existing relationships with automotive OEMs or EV ecosystem stakeholders.
– Prior experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced technology environments.
