ROLE
– Manage daily manufacturing operations of solar panel production.
– Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
– Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
– Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
– Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.
– Control inventory, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
– Lead and supervise production staff and shift in-charges.
– Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management.

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process improvement.
– Good analytical and reporting skills.
