ROLE
– Supervise and manage the output line operations for finished solar modules.
– Ensure final inspection, flash testing, and quality checks are completed before dispatch.
– Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are achieved.
– Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
– Ensure proper labeling, serial number recording, and documentation of modules.
– Identify and report defective panels or quality issues to the quality team.
– Maintain output records, reports, and production data.
– Ensure proper packing and safe handling of solar panels before dispatch.
– Guide and supervise operators and technicians in the output department.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
– 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or solar panel production.
– Experience in solar module testing, inspection, or output line management preferred.
– Basic knowledge of flash testing, EL testing, and solar module quality standards.
– Strong team management and coordination skills.
– Ability to handle production targets and reporting.
