ROLE
– Align HR priorities with business goals and workforce plans
– Own and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation
– Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
– Manage end-to-end hiring across functions and levels
– Create sourcing strategies to attract quality talent within timelines
– Partner with hiring managers on role clarity, interviews, and selection
– Build talent pipelines through recruiters, referrals, and networks
– Run structured onboarding and induction for new hires
– Manage confirmations, probation reviews, role changes, and exits
– Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS hygiene
– Drive goal-setting, review cycles, and feedback culture
– Support managers with performance conversations and improvement plans
– Enable clarity on KRAs, KPIs, and role expectations
– Plan engagement initiatives, team activities, and recognition programs
– Run employee feedback surveys and action planning
– Strengthen internal communication and transparency
– Support salary benchmarking and compensation structuring
– Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance-linked revisions
– Manage employee benefits and resolve related queries
– Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
– Guide managers on people matters and best practices
– Conduct workplace investigations where required

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in startups or fast-growing companies
– Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Practical knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and payroll processes
– Strong problem-solving approach with a people-first mindset
– High ownership, reliability, and ability to work independently
– Comfort working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
– Experience in handling sensitive situations with maturity and confidentiality
– Proficiency with HRMS tools and basic HR analytics
