– Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.

– Optimize line balancing, cycle times, and equipment utilization.
– Introduce lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
– Lead, train, and manage production staff, supervisors, and engineers.
– Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
– Conduct performance evaluations and skill development programs.
– Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
– Maintain accurate documentation of processes and production records.
– Present performance insights to senior management.
