ROLE
– Understand and interpret GFC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
– Prepare project work schedules in coordination with the Project Manager and maintain all required project documentation.
– Monitor and control project timelines in line with planned construction activities.
– Provide technical guidance and support to the site execution team.
– Coordinate with client SPOCs to obtain permits, approvals, and execution clearances.
– Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
– Submit daily project progress reports to the Project Manager.
– Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards at site.
– Travel extensively across West India including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Goa, as required.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in rooftop solar project execution.
– Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems, site execution, and project coordination.
– Good knowledge of construction planning, project scheduling, and documentation.
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
– Familiarity with safety and quality practices in solar projects.
– Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced project environments.
– Experience in handling commercial & industrial rooftop solar projects will be an added advantage.
