ROLE
– Oversees day-to-day operations at a specific location
– Drives the project from start to finish
– Manages budgets
– Tracks schedules
– Ensures strict quality control
– Enforces safety standards
– Translates client requirements into actionable project plans and milestones
– Develops and updates daily or weekly schedules
– Assigns tasks to site staff, laborers, and subcontractors
– Procures and tracks necessary tools, materials, and machinery
– Monitors project expenditures
– Allocates funds efficiently to maximize profitability
– Enforces strict quality control measures
– Conducts regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety laws
– Acts as the primary bridge between the site team, stakeholders, and the client
– Reports progress
– Proactively identifies project blockers and resolves on-site conflicts or delays

REQUIREMENTS
– B.E/B.Tech – Environment Engineer / civil / ECE
– 5 Years to 10 Years of experience
