Prepare basic Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for solar project components including modules, inverters, MMS, cables, earthing systems, etc. | Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for trading-related requirements. | Collect, analyse, and compare vendor quotations; regularly update the price database. | Support preparation of detailed project cost estimations and budgetary calculations. | Assist in the preparation of techno-commercial proposals for solar projects. | Prepare compliance matrices, technical datasheets, and supporting documents as per tender requirements. | Compile, review, and organize complete tender documents for timely submissions. | Coordinate closely with sales and procurement teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment. | Maintain structured proposal folders, records, and documentation for future reference and audits. | Basic understanding of solar PV systems, components, and overall plant configuration. | Knowledge of industrial rooftop solar projects and related execution considerations. | Familiarity with EPC contract fundamentals, including scope, deliverables, and commercial terms. | Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare and organize technical and commercial records. | Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams, OEMs, and vendors.
