ROLE
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
– Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and official statements
– Handle media queries and coordinate interviews
– Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
– Monitor public perception and media coverage
– Manage crisis communication and protect brand reputation
– Create content for press releases, speeches, blogs, newsletters, and social media
– Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and product communication
– Plan and execute press conferences, product launches, and corporate events
– Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
– Track media coverage and prepare PR performance reports
– Manage online reputation and digital PR activities

REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong media networking and relationship-building ability
– Crisis management and problem-solving skills
– Creative thinking and storytelling
– Knowledge of digital media and social platforms
– Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
– Experience in handling media relations and brand communication
