ROLE
– Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for sales and factory roles
– Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
– Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract quality candidates
– Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT
– Manage recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring metrics
– Maintain employer branding and candidate experience

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
– Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
