ROLE
– Ensure implementation of workplace safety policies and procedures.
– Conduct daily safety inspections at plant/site locations.
– Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
– Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
– Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documents.
– Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
– Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
– Coordinate fire safety drills and emergency response activities.
– Support EHS audits and inspections.
REQUIREMENTS
– Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations.
– Good communication and reporting skills.
– Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
– Familiarity with safety permits, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
– HIRA Knowledge
– 2–5 Years of experience preferred
– Diploma / Degree
