ROLE
– Coordinate with the field sales team and manage daily sales activities and MIS reports.
– Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads into orders.
– Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and proposals to B2B / channel partners.
– Manage CRM data entry, lead tracking, and pipeline updates on a daily basis.
– Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for timely order dispatch.
– Support BDMs in preparing presentations, product collaterals, and reports.
– Assist in onboarding new dealers, distributors, and solar installers.
– Track payment collections and coordinate with accounts for invoice closure.
– Provide post-sales support and resolve basic customer queries.

REQUIREMENTS
– 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or back-office sales support
– Experience in solar, electrical, FMCG, or manufacturing sector is a plus
– Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
– Good spoken and written communication in Hindi & English
– Prior experience working with a solar or clean energy company
– Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and battery storage products
– Familiarity with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or B2B portals
– Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools
