ROLE
– Build and maintain regular relationships with the installers/ SIs to keep them active and productive
– Drive adoption of loyalty programs
– Support distributors in driving their secondary sales of solar modules
– Working closely with distributor’s sales teams, conducting market visits, and driving on-ground execution
– Ensure smooth order execution, delivery and on-ground support for installers
– Coordinate resolution of installer/ SI issues
– Support marketing team with driving Installer/ SI engagement activities
– Provide market feedback on competitor activity, pricing and demand trends
– Maintain daily call / visit reports and sales data in the sales app
– Track installer activity and secondary sales

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduate in any discipline
– 1-3 years of field sales experience in solar or related industry
– Good communication and negotiation skills
– Daily field discipline and relationship-building skills
– Local language fluency and good hyperlocal market knowledge
– Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
– Comfort using a smartphone-based sales / order app for daily reporting
