Job Description SAP Business Analyst to work with business users and SAP teams to understand requirements, improve processes, and support SAP system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from users. Analyze SAP business processes and suggest improvements. Prepare BRD, functional specifications, process flows, and test cases. Coordinate with SAP functional, ABAP, Basis, and integration teams. Support UAT, user training, and issue resolution. Track project progress, tickets, enhancements, and change requests. Ensure SAP solutions meet business, audit, and compliance requirements. Required Skills Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes. Experience in requirement gathering and documentation. Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with business users and technical teams.
