ROLE
– Gather and document business requirements from users
– Analyze SAP business processes and suggest improvements
– Prepare BRD, functional specifications, process flows, and test cases
– Coordinate with SAP functional, ABAP, Basis, and integration teams
– Support UAT, user training, and issue resolution
– Track project progress, tickets, enhancements, and change requests
– Ensure SAP solutions meet business, audit, and compliance requirements

REQUIREMENTS
– Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes
– Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
– Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work with business users and technical teams
