ROLE
– Generate and manage sales reports, dashboards, and MIS data for business tracking
– Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
– Extract, clean, and manage data using Excel, SQL, and CRM tools
– Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
– Use Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting tasks
– Work closely with the Sales team for pipeline tracking, data accuracy, and operational support
– Monitor sales metrics, customer trends, and operational KPIs
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flow

REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles
– Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI
– Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for analytics and reporting
– Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
