ROLE
– Monitor and validate consumer/meter geographical locations, identify incorrect or missing coordinates, and coordinate with field teams to correct and update location data.
– Monitor material requirements against field work orders, facilitate material allocation to field teams, validate material consumption/utilization, and coordinate L2 approvals for higher-level transactions.
– Perform first-level analysis and resolution of WFM application and transaction-related issues, including data mismatches, workflow failures, incorrect status updates, transaction exceptions, and integration issues; escalate to application/technical teams as needed.

Job Description
Consumer MI & Field Data Management:
Management and validation of consumer master information (MI) and field-level data in WFM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of consumer, meter, service connection, and work-order-related information.
Location Tracking & Correction:
Monitoring and validation of consumer/meter geographical locations, identification of incorrect or missing location coordinates, and coordination with field teams for correction and updating of location data to ensure accurate field activity assignment and tracking.
Material Allocation & L2 Approvals:
Monitoring material requirements against field work orders, facilitating material allocation to field teams, validating material consumption/utilization, and coordinating
L2 approval
for transactions requiring higher-level authorization.
WFM Transaction Monitoring:
Regular monitoring of end-to-end WFM transactions, including work-order generation, assignment, acceptance, execution, material transactions, completion, closure, and status updates. Identification of stuck, failed, pending, or incorrectly processed transactions.
Issue Identification & Resolution:
First-level analysis and resolution of WFM application and transaction-related issues, including data mismatches, workflow failures, incorrect status updates, transaction exceptions, and integration-related issues. Escalation to application/technical teams wherever required.
Field Team Coordination:
Continuous coordination with field execution teams, O&M teams, supervisors, and concerned utility officials to ensure timely execution and closure of assigned activities, resolution of field-level data issues, and proper updating of WFM transactions.
Work Order & Activity Monitoring:
Tracking the status of assigned work orders and field activities to identify pending, aging, rejected, or incomplete transactions and ensuring timely follow-up for closure within defined timelines.
WFM–Utility System Coordination:

MIS & Exception Reporting:

Operational Support & Process Compliance:
Providing day-to-day functional support to WFM users, ensuring adherence to defined workflows and processes, supporting new requirements/enhancements, and coordinating during testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
Overall Responsibility
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted WFM operations by maintaining accurate consumer and field data, monitoring end-to-end transactions, supporting material and approval workflows, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring timely resolution and closure of operational issues.
