ROLE
– Technical analysis & support for solar PV plants
– Data monitoring of projects using SCADA, data monitoring platforms, and diagnostic tools
– Oversee daily operations of solar PV plants
– Identify and resolve performance issues to maximize generation
– Maintain records of vendors, handling their queries, invoice submission
– Follow up with customers for payment collection
– Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and performance logs
– Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities
– Update customer complaint registers and track closure
– Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and plan ahead
– Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and warranty claims
– Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear

REQUIREMENTS
– B.E./B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering or Renewable Energy
– 3 to 5 years of experience in solar PV, preferably in O&M
– Technical coordination and report writing skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
– Ability to work effectively within an operations environment
– Written and spoken English fluency, Tamil spoken fluency preferable
