REQUIREMENTS
– B.tech/diploma Chemical/Food Technology
– 6-8 years of experience in Distillery/Ethanol industry
– Required Certification/s
– Advanced knowledge of Distillery process & equipment operations
– Demonstrated tolerance for the rigours of an eight to ten-hour day on the production floor
– Excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain positive, high-performance work atmosphere
– Good team facilitator with ability to work with other functions
– Exposure to safety critical operations
– Knowledge on ERP systems will be an added advantage
