ROLE
– Designing, optimizing, and overseeing industrial processes to improve efficiency and quality
– Analyzing process data, developing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project execution and troubleshoot process-related issues
– Preparation of basic Engineering drawings: Equipment layout, PID, PFD, HFD
– Preparation of Water Balance, Mass Balance & energy Balance, Line sizing, pressure drop calculations for pumps, chemical requirement calculations
– Preparation of Data sheets – static Equipment, bought out items, instrumentation, inputs to civil items etc., Electrical load list, control philosophy, Chemical & utility requirement
– Bought out items – Technical scrutiny, order specs, approval of post-order documents
– Quick learning of internal processes, documentation and following SOP
– Working with cross functional team for smooth completion of project
– Performing activities like FAT for PLC/DCS software, 3 D model review
– Interaction with client for approval BEP document, attending KOM, HAZOP and other technical discussion at client’s place

REQUIREMENTS
– Field specialization: Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Civil
– Degree: Diploma, B.Tech., BE, M. Tech
– Years of experience: 3 – 10 Years
– Technical competencies: Knowledge of process engineering, hydraulic calculations, Mass balance, Water chemistry
– Technical competencies: Knowledge of MVR & thermal design
– Technical competencies: Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Membrane software, ChemCad, Aspen, HTRI
– Behavioral competencies: Good Communication skill
– Behavioral competencies: Team collaboration
– Behavioral competencies: Agility, Responsibility and Integrity
– Knowledge of hydraulic calculation, design of heat exchangers, sizing of vessels
