ROLE
– Deep understanding of the Electricity Act 2003, including tariff structures, wheeling charges, and surcharges
– Building and maintaining relationships with government officials, DISCOMs, SLDCs, and external vendors/QCAs
– Managing Demand/Credit notes, streamlining billing processes, and optimizing power sale rates for Third-Party and Captive transactions
– End-to-end management of annual renewal processes for Open Access and regulatory filings

REQUIREMENTS
– Expertise in securing Grid Connectivity, Commissioning certificates, and Open Access permissions
– Deep understanding of the Electricity Act 2003
– Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with government officials, DISCOMs, SLDCs, and external vendors/QCAs
– Proficient in managing Demand/Credit notes, streamlining billing processes, and optimizing power sale rates
